2. Vehicle advertisements and availability
Vehicle descriptions, photographs, mileage, options, MOT information and prices are provided to help visitors compare vehicles. Information may come from sellers, uploaded records or external vehicle-information services. Details can change, and a vehicle may be sold, reserved or withdrawn. Please check the precise specification, registration details, condition, price and availability before committing to a purchase.
3. Enquiries and requests
Submitting a contact form, car request, reservation enquiry or viewing request does not create a purchase contract or guarantee availability. 4. Third-party dealer advertisements

DeMerk Motors may review, amend, reject or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful or unsuitable. The identity of the seller and any contractual counterparty should be made clear before a transaction.
5. Account security and acceptable use
Provide accurate information when registering. Keep passwords confidential and notify us if an account is compromised. Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content, submit fraudulent listings, interfere with the website or attempt to access another account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or misuse prevention.
6. Customer rights and used vehicles
Where DeMerk Motors is the trader selling a vehicle to a consumer, applicable UK consumer protections, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain in force.
